In your application email, there is no need to attach your certificates.  However, make sure you detail relevant certificates, qualifications and seagoing experience in your CV.  Certificates will be requested should you be considered for a position.

Please note that if applying for a Master's position, a Master 200GT Ticket is the minimum requirement.
